FISHOP - BARCELONA

Return to menu

Passeig de Gracia 53, Barcelona.

For the new basement dining room of Fishop, a Catalan restaurant group that promotes seafood in all it forms, Rosa Violán has extended the brand quality of ‘freshness’ by creating a space that mixes the esthetics of neighborhood fishmongers, sushi bars and traditional seaside inns. This clever mise en scène is achieved though white tiled walls, minimalist, Japanese-inspired, dark wood furniture, aged leather armchairs and nautical elements, creating a measured hotchpotch of styles that all nod to the providence of the restaurant’s star product.
