GINGER
Pláza del Angel 12, Madrid.
Elegant and debonair, Ginger is a market cuisine restaurant located in the centre of Madrid. Its classic sophistication is established immediately by the flooring, a covering of diamond-shaped black and white tiles, whilst dark wood panels, mosaic feature walls, etched glass and large mirrors create an air of exclusivity. A large open fireplace dominates the rear of the restaurant and abstract, faux-cubist artworks line the walls, lending a modernist note to Ginger’s otherwise formal interior design. With well-spaced tables and deep, leather dining chairs, the interior of Ginger provides a memorable dining experience that is normally associated with restaurants in a much higher price category.
