JNcQUOI Avenida opens its new space in the historic Tivoli building, transforming the former theater on Avenida da Liberdade into a sophisticated dining stage. The project respects the seven-meter ceilings and period windows, merging architectural heritage with contemporary luxury. The interior stands out for its contrast between black Marquina marble, noble woods, and striking crimson arches, crowned by a spectacular life-size dinosaur replica. Led by chef António Bóia, the open kitchen seamlessly integrates with the bar and lounge areas, creating a cosmopolitan and fluid atmosphere. This opening redefines the conventional culinary concept in Lisbon, offering guests a multisensory experience that celebrates the spirit of Portugal’s great voyages.
